·Click here to read the Documentation provided by Barracuda Networks. · Goto http://spam.idworld.net in your browser. · Login using your full email address as your user name and your normal email password. · You can either deliver a message, whitelist a sending account, mark as spam/not spam, or delete a message using the check boxes on the left hand side or the links underneath the action column. To read a message before you mark it, click on the subject line. · To search for a specific phrase or email account you can use the filters at the top of the page. · To see or modify your whitelist/blacklist, click "Preferences". · You can modify your quarantine settings, by clicking "Quarantine Settings" when under "Preferences". · You can modify your spam settings, by clicking "Spam Settings" when under "Preferences". · By default, your account is set to use the default settings setup for your domain. You can change it for your, by setting "Use System Defaults" to "No" and then clicking "Save Changes". The numbers for each scoring basically mean, the higher the number, the more permissive, the lower the number, the less permissive, the spam filter will be. · If you want a different password for your spam filter than your email account, you must turn on that setting separate from the barracuda, on our accounts page. You can do this by going to http://accounts.idworld.net in your browser. · Once there, click "Additional Settings". · You must now log on with your normal email address and password. · Select "No" for the "Keep Barracuda password in sync with account password?" option and click "Update Settings". · Now go back to the barracuda and click "Preferences", and then click "Password". Here you can enter a new user name and password that applies only to your spam filter. · If you have problems, make sure you've read through all the above steps.
