Setting up your email in Outlook Express  |   Return to Technical Support page



·  Click "Tools" and then "Accounts".




·  Click "Add" and then "Mail...".




·  Enter the name you want others to see when you send them email as the display name and then click "Next".




·  Enter your email address and then click "Next".




·  Fill out the form as follows:
   ·  Server Type - POP3
   ·  Incoming mail (POP3) Server - pop3.idworld.net
   ·  Outgoing mail (SMTP) Server - smtp.idworld.net
·  Click "Next".




·  Fill out the form as follows:
   ·  Account Name - Enter your full email address here (e.g. somebody@idworld.net)
   ·  Password - Enter your password here
   ·  Remember Password - Keep this checked, unless you want to type in your password each time you send/receive.
·  Click "Next".




·  Click "Finish".




·  Make sure the mail account you just created is selected and click "Properties".




·  Select the "Servers" tab, check "My server requires authentication", click "Ok" and then "Close".
