Setting up your email in Outlook  |   Return to Technical Support page



·  Click "Tools" and then "Email Accounts".




·  Select "Add a new email account" and click "Next".




·  Select "POP3" and click "Next".




·  Fill out the form as follows:
   ·  Your Name - Enter the name you want others to see when you send them email.
   ·  E-Mail Address - Enter your full email address here (e.g. somebody@idworld.net)
   ·  Incoming mail server (POP3) - pop3.idworld.net
   ·  Outgoing mail server (SMTP) - smtp.idworld.net
   ·  User Name - Enter your full email address here (e.g. somebody@idworld.net)
   ·  Password - Enter your password
·  Click "More Settings".




·  Select the "Outgoing Server" tab.
·  Check the box next to "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" and click "Ok".




·  Click "Test Account Settings".
·  If all goes well, click "Close", then "Next" and then "Finish". If you receive any errors check the above settings.
